Aleksey Khaziev

Leading Research Scientist
Center for Materials Technologies

Supervisor: Ivan Sergeichev

Aleksey Khaziev is a specialist in engineering methods of analysis of structural composite elements. He has more than 8 years of hands-on experience in development of new engineering approaches to static stress analysis and optimization of aircraft composite parts.

Aleksey graduated from the Department of Machinery Dynamics and Strength of Perm State Technical University in 2006. In 2009, he completed postgraduate studies in the Department of Mechanics and Optimization of Processes and Structures of Tsiolkovsky Russian State Technological University – MATI. His thesis was about optimum design of composite structural elements for minimum weight and strength, stiffness and buckling restrictions.
