Research project: Exploring of new signalling interactions of Hippo pathway

Hippo pathway is an extremely important signalling pathway which regulates cells proliferation, differentiation, organ size, apoptosis. Disorders of the Hippo pathway are very frequently detected in human cancers. Exploring of new signalling interactions and regulators of Hippo pathway, including lncRNAs, using siRNA technique will bring new insights into the understanding of mechanisms of liver diseases.
