Tatiana received her Specialist degree, with distinction, from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Electronic Systems and Devices Department, in 2014. Her research focused on modern methods of radar information processing and data association. She was also working on noise immunity estimation of communication systems. In 2012 and 2014, Tatyana was awarded a Russian Government Grant for students.
Tatiana received her Master’s degree, with distinction, from the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in 2016. In Skoltech she switched the direction of research to the field of power systems stability and control.
In her thesis, Tatiana investigated the questions of performance and robustness of the new framework for frequency control and congestion management based on convex optimization, recently introduced by a group of scientists from Caltech and Prof. J. Bialek from Skoltech.

The goal of the research project is to develop a new methodology for combined frequency control and congestion management
