Professor: Yury Maximov
Andrey is a senior student at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Department of Control and Applied Mathematics. In 2013 Andrey won a Bronze Medal in the International Mathematical Olympiad in Columbia and he is currently among the top 10 students of his department. During his research Andrey worked on a bioinformatics problem which involved finding optimal algorithms for non-convex quadratic optimization. The results were presented and published at ITaS conference. His current interests are Theoretical Computer Science and Computation Complexity as well as Machine Learning and Data Analysis. Andrey’s current research concerns the extension complexity of optimizational algoritms.
